How we collect, use, and protect the personal data you share through our contact form and consultation booking.

Last updated: 9 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nsmo Tech Advisory Ltd handles personal data when you use this website. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us or book a consultation. This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across the web. The consultation booking tool sets strictly necessary cookies when you use it, as described in our Cookie Notice.

Who we are

Nsmo Tech Advisory Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. We are registered in Kuwait under commercial registration number 524614, at 6787, Hawalli, 32047, Kuwait. For any privacy matter, including a request to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@nsmo.ai.

Data we collect

We collect only the information you provide and the limited metadata needed to arrange a meeting. We do not buy personal data or build tracking profiles.

From the contact form

  • Your name
  • Your business email address
  • Your phone number, where you choose to provide it
  • Your company or organisation
  • The content of your message

From the consultation booking

  • Your name and email address
  • Meeting metadata, such as the date, time, and time zone you select, and any notes you add to the booking

How we use your data

We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, and follow up about a possible engagement. We may also use it to keep records of our communications and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your explicit, informed consent, given when you submit the contact form or confirm a booking, as the basis for this processing. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as described below.

Service providers who process data for us

We use a small set of trusted service providers to operate this website and handle enquiries. Each processes personal data only on our instructions and under contractual safeguards. Our sub-processors are:

  • Vercel, which hosts this website
  • Resend, which delivers email from the contact form
  • Cal.com, which powers consultation booking
  • Notion, which we use to record and manage enquiries
  • n8n, which we use to automate internal enquiry workflows
  • Sentry, which we use to monitor errors and site reliability, hosted in the European Union

We may also engage specialised technology partners to support delivery, and such partners may receive relevant personal data where necessary. Nsmo Tech Advisory Ltd retains full accountability for how your data is handled throughout.

Cross-border transfer to the United States

Several of our service providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. This means that when you submit the contact form or book a consultation, your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States. The United States is not currently recognised as providing an equivalent level of data protection under the laws of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, or the United Arab Emirates.

We rely on your explicit consent to this transfer, obtained at the point of submission, together with contractual data-protection terms with each provider. By submitting your data, you consent to its transfer to and processing in the United States and any other country where our providers operate.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, manage any resulting engagement, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw your consent to our processing at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@nsmo.ai. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the date shown above when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
