Nsmo Tech Advisory Ltd has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. We win work on merit, and we expect the same of everyone who works with us or on our behalf. This applies to our work with government, semi-government, and private clients alike.
What we commit to
- We never offer, promise, give, request, or accept anything of value to improperly influence a decision, including cash, gifts, hospitality, travel, jobs, or favours.
- We make no facilitation payments, meaning small unofficial payments to speed up a routine government action.
- We take particular care with public officials and employees of state-owned entities, and we follow the gift and hospitality rules that apply to them.
- We record gifts and hospitality given or received above a modest value, and decline anything that could look like an inducement.
- We keep accurate books and records, so every payment has a genuine and documented business purpose.
Our delivery partners
The specialist partners who support our delivery must follow this commitment. We assess partners before we engage them, and our partner agreements require them to comply with anti-bribery laws, to keep accurate records, and to tell us of any concern. We may end a partnership immediately if a partner breaches these terms.
The laws we follow
We comply with the anti-corruption laws of every country where we operate, including the laws of the State of Kuwait and of the United Arab Emirates, and with other anti-bribery laws that apply to us or to our partners.
Raising a concern
If you are asked for a bribe in connection with NSMO, or you suspect that anyone acting for us has behaved improperly, tell us at hello@nsmo.ai. We treat every report seriously and in confidence, and we will not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
